Registration
Before registering your child at The Meadows we would suggest that you read our Parent Booklet. This booklet has been designed to provide all parents/carers with as much information as possible about the nursery, its staff, early years funding, our fees and term dates, etc. Included in this booklet are copies of contracts and notices which all parents/carers will need to accept as part of registering a child. It also contains some of our most important policies.
Before your child can attend the nursery we need all parents/carers to complete and return a completed registration form. This will enable our administrative team to place your child on the waiting list, and make preparations when your child is due to start at the nursery.
As time approaches for your child to start at the Meadows we will send you a Child Information and Update Form to collect more up-to-date information about your child, emergency contacts, your permissions and consent to certain things, etc. It is extremely important that all information requested on this form is completed with up-to-date correct information. Should any of the information change after completing the forms, please ensure we are notified of the changes.

You can download the following by clicking on the title of the item you wish to download please note that there are two types of registration form available to download. One form needs to be printed and completed by hand, the other is a fillable pdf which you can save and email to the Centre once complete:
- Registration Pack and Parent booklet (Rev 12-2025)
- Registration form version 1 - Initial Registration Forms (Rev 06-2025) - Fillable PDF - this form is a fillable pdf which you can save and email back when complete.
- Registration form version 2 - Initial Registration Forms (Rev 06-25) - this form needs to be printed, completed by hand and returned to the Centre.
- Nursery term dates for the academic year 2025/26 and provisional term dates for the academic year 2026/27 (Rev 06-2025)
