Green Room
Green Room is where we look after the youngest children who attend the Centre with children in this room being either 2- or 3-years-old.
This room is more focused on play and activities geared towards the younger end of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Red Room
Red Room is where we look after the older children who attend the Centre. Children in this room are all aged 3-years-old and above and are due to start Primary School in the following September.
Whilst play is still part of this room's activities, most activities are geared towards getting the children 'school ready'.

Outside Play Areas
Outdoor play is a vital part of the Early Years Foundation Stage and the Centre has two outside play areas for the children to use...
The rear play area is a fully enclosed area with access only being gained via either Green or Red room. This play area has a covered area meaning children can still take advantage of outside play irrespective of the weather and also includes a summer house which the staff and children use as an alternative to an outside 'classroom'.
The front play area is semi-enclosed and is kept fully secure by the staff when the children are using it. This area has some permanently installed play equipment surrounded by an area of safety matting and an area of artificial grass. The pavement in this area also contains child friendly markings and patterns.
